Our custom special-purpose machines include assembly and sorting systems, inspection and optical control machines, leak testing and tightness inspection systems, tray loaders, material handling and logistics equipment, as well as conveyors – all designed to optimize in-process logistics and automated material flow.
All mechanical components, as well as electrical design and PLC programming, are carried out in-house, allowing our solutions to be fully tailored to the client’s processes and industry requirements. This approach enables us to provide efficient, customized solutions even for complex and challenging projects.

Box production in case of manual assembly
This machine enables controlled production of products assembled manually. During manufacturing, predetermined product types can be produced in a predefined sequence.
The operator is guided via a monitor, which displays each assembly step, showing what to install, when, from where, and to where. During assembly, sensors and cameras verify the presence, position, and correct installation of components, while products with unique identifiers are also scanned by a dedicated built-in code reader.
Press / Crimping Machine
The main function of the machine is to create the connection between an aluminum rod and two plastic end pieces, which are manually fitted together by the operator, using pressing/crimping. Additionally, the machine plays a key role in maintaining strict positional tolerances, ensuring that the final assembly is precise and meets design specifications.
RFID feeder and applicator
The equipment applies RFID labels to products specified by the client. A key design challenge was ensuring precise feeding and placement of the labels, which must be positioned on the final product with an accuracy of ±0.5 mm.
Additionally, the content of each label must be read from the tags, ensuring that only properly readable labels are applied to the product. This is crucial for tracking the product’s lifecycle.
Renovation of adhesive application equipment
The equipment was received in a very worn condition and did not comply with current occupational safety regulations.
After disassembling the equipment and assessing each component, the necessary parts were remanufactured. The machine was then returned to our partner with a new software and updated electrical system, ready to perform its tasks for many more years, fully compliant with current safety regulations.
Testing device
Our company also undertakes the implementation of complex testing equipment, as demonstrated in fulfilling a request from one of our German partners.
The main challenge in implementing the manual testing equipment was the precise positioning of the numerous contact pins on the product. The device successfully passed the approval process and is now fully operational in production.
Conveyor belt
We receive numerous requests from our partners for in-process or production cell logistics solutions. These are typically implemented using conveyor belts, for which we have designed our own modular construction kit.
This solution allows us to respond quickly to incoming requests, whether it involves a simple belt conveyor, a sectioned system, or, as shown in the image, a pallet conveyor section where pallet accumulation and continuous material flow were the primary considerations.
Additionally, it is possible to implement a lift unit for returning pallets, which can be requested by the customer with external motor drive, speed control, or even a drum motor.
Egyedi orvostechnikai célgép: automata feliratozás és tálcázás
Hatékonyság és autonómia: Orvostechnikai célgépünk közvetlenül a fröccsöntő gép mellé integrálható, biztosítva a kémcsövek precíziós jelölését. A berendezés kiemelkedő sebessége (4 termék / 3 másodperc) garantálja a folyamatos gyártási ciklust. Az akár 10 órás felügyelet nélküli működés („lights-out manufacturing”) közvetlen választ ad az ipari munkaerőhiányra.
