Effective team building:
The participant will learn the principles and opportunities of effective team building and will gain the skills necessary to build and maintain a high-performing team. During the training, participants are introduced to team-building tools, the functions and goals of an effective team, and how to foster efficient team communication—an essential element for any business. The course also includes an introduction to the agile mindset, giving participants the opportunity to understand
modern management approaches and implement initial steps within their own workplace.

IT skills development:
In addition to basic IT knowledge, the training covers information security, the use of shared documents and search engines, image editing, and the fundamentals of artificial intelligence. Participants will learn safe browsing practices and how to use social media securely, as well as how to effectively utilize search engines. They will gain the skills to create Google Sheets, manage shared documents, and apply knowledge related to file storage and sharing. Furthermore, participants will acquire the
ability to perform online image editing, understand key players in online media, explore the role of artificial intelligence in everyday life, and learn how to use AI tools effectively.
