Design Engineer

Tasks

  • Full project management of ordered projects, from design to final delivery, including possible involvement in the design phase.
  • Coordinating, directing, and supervising all employees involved in the project.
  • Continuous communication with related departments, suppliers, and customers, and monitoring adherence to deadlines.
  • Professional supervision of project phases (machine construction, commissioning, handover, etc.).
  • Making professional and technical decisions, taking responsibility.
  • Maintaining up-to-date reports.
  • Strengthening the relationship with the customer and facilitating collaboration.
  • Preparing documentation;
  • Continuous monitoring and optimization of the budget.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in a technical field;
  • Experience in custom machine manufacturing and industrial automation;
  • Solution-focused and responsible work approach;
  • Coordination skills;
  • Flexible, open-minded, and problem-solving personality;
  • Loyalty and reliability;
  • Basic computer literacy;
  • Willingness for flexible working hours and occasional travel
  • Category B driving license.

Preferred qualifications

  • Solidworks ismerete;
  • English language proficiency
